سلوك البحث عن المعلومات: مراجعة علمية

المستخلص

تهدُف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد ومسح الإنتاج الفكريّ العربيّ والأجنبيّ الصادر في موضوع سلوكيّات البحث عن المعلومات في الفترة الزمنيَّة منذ عام (2010 م.) حتى أوائل عام (2024 م.) مع تقديم رؤية تحليليَّة نقديَّة للتعرُّف إلى نقاط القوة والضعف في هذا الإنتاج، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ، وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها استخدام الباحثين مجموعة متنوعة من المنهجيَّات في الدراسات السابقة مع استخدام محدود للمنهج التجريبيّ، كما أظهرت الدراسة إهمال الدراسات السابقة لتأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على سلوكيّات البحث عن المعلومات، على الرُّغم من أهميتها في توفير الوقت والجهد الذي يبذله الباحث في مطالعة مئات الصفحات حول موضوع معين، حيث تتولى الآلة مهمة تلخيص هذه النصوص، وإعادة صياغتها وفقًا للصياغة اللغويَّة الصحيحة، وأثبتت الدراسة أنه على الرغم من التطورات الكبيرة في النشر العلمي الإلكتروني والزيادة في استخدام مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونيّة، إلا أن دور مصادر المعلومات المطبوعة لا تزال ذات أهمية كبيرة.
Information - Seeking Behavior: Literature Review
Abstract:
This study aims to monitor and survey the Arab and foreign intellectual production published on the subject of information-seeking behaviour in the time period from 2010 AD. until early 2024 AD. while providing an analytical critical Vision to identify the Points of Strength and Weakness of this production. This study was based on the descriptive analytical method, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the researchers’ use of a variety of methodologies in previous studies, with a limited use of the experimental method. This study also showed that previous studies neglected the impact of artificial intelligence applications on information-seeking behaviour, despite their importance in saving the time and effort that the researcher expends in reading hundreds of pages on a specific topic, as the machine undertakes the task of summarizing these texts and rephrasing them according to the correct linguistic formulation. The study concluded that despite the great developments in electronic scientific publishing and the increase in the use of electronic information sources, the role of printed information sources is still of great importance.
