استشراف مستقبل الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في القنوات التليفزيونية المصرية المملوكة للدولة في إطار المستحدثات الرقمية المتسارعة

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة توصيف وتحليل الوضع الراهن للأداء المهني في التليفزيون الرسمي للدولة المصرية، وماهو مستقبل الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في القنوات الحكومية المصرية، ووضع سيناريوهات مستقبلية متوقعة أو محتملة له، ومعرفة أقرب السيناريوهات للتحقيق، واعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج الاستشرافي، وطبقت على عينة عمدية من الخبراء بلغت (200) خبيراً من الأكاديميين والممارسين في مجال الاعلام، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى اتفاق الخبراء حول ترجح السيناريو التفاؤلي الإبداعي لمستقبل الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في تليفزيون الدولة، ويرون أنه السيناريو الأقرب إحتمالية في الحدوث، نظراً لإستقرار الأوضاع السياسية، والتطور في القوانين والتشريعات المنظمة للبث التليفزيوني، بما يسمح بمزيداً من الحرية والديمقراطية، علاوة على زيادة دعم الدولة ماديا وتكنولوجياً لقطاع ماسبيرو، ومن ثم سيكون هناك تطور في المضمون البرامجي المقدم، وفي الأداء المهني، وقدم الباحث في نهاية الدراسة إستراتيجية مستقبلية لتطوير الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في القنوات الحكومية المصرية.

Abstract:
This study seeks to describe and analyze the current situation of the professional performance in the official television of the Egyptian state, and what is the future of the professional performance of the communicator in the Egyptian government channels, and to develop expected or possible future scenarios for him, and to know the closest scenarios for realization. It was applied to a deliberate sample of experts amounting to (200) experts from academics and practitioners in the field of media, and the results of the study concluded that the experts agreed on the likelihood of the optimistic and creative scenario for the future of the professional performance of the communicator in the state television, and they see that it is the most likely scenario to occur, given the stability of the political situation. , and the development in laws and legislation regulating television broadcasting, which allows for more freedom and democracy, in addition to increasing the state's financial and technological support for the Maspero sector, and then there will be a development in the programmatic content presented, and in professional performance, at the end of the study, the researcher presented a future strategy to develop the professional performance of the communicator in the Egyptian government channels.
